Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Opened personal-use products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you
  • If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if defective or damaged.


Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Unless item is defective or incorrect
